It's simple! 1 pamper point is earned for every £20.00 you spend with your therapist. For example a full body massage earns 2 points.
There is no need to do anything from your side. All points are automatically added to your account whenever you visit..
1. Only for use against the treatments listed above. 2. Reward points are non-transferable non-refundable and have a zero cash value. 3. Reward points are valid for use from Monday to Thursday between 10am to 2:30pm with selected therapists. Where appointments are booked or moved to times outside of these allotted times, pamper points will not be applied. 4. Reward points cannot be redeemed against a treatment unless mentioned at the time of booking. 5. Failure to show for treatments at the time and date stated in the email confirmation or not giving 48 hours' notice for cancellations will result in reward points automatically being deducted from the total balance, up to the full amount. 6. On treatments where any pamper points are redeemed no pamper points are awarded. 7. Pamper points may not be earned where services are discounted unless otherwise stated. 8. ALL PAMPER POINTS WILL EXPIRE AFTER 2 YEARS. 9. We reserve the right to update our T&C without prior notice.
